I am passionate about providing an empathetic and supportive environment for all patients. I work with each patient to develop an evidence-based, patient-centered, holistic plan to promote mental wellness. Treatment plans include medication management, psychoeducation, lifestyle modification and supportive therapy to target the symptoms that are impacting the patient's life. I treat children and adults with symptoms related to anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD and mood disorders.

Hi, I'm Sonica (pronounced just like Monica, but with an S). I specialize in self-esteem, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, people-pleasing behaviors, and perfectionism. I am truly passionate about helping clients find self-love and reach self-acceptance. I often draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS) and mindfulness based and somatic practices. My approach is to help you gain insight, practical tools/coping skills, and get to the root of your problems, not just bandaid them.
